
Olivia Perez graduated from Boston University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, earning Magna Cum Laude honors. She currently serves as a Forensic Psychology Intern at the Institute of Psychological Resilience, where she contributes to comprehensive forensic evaluations, assists in drafting court-related reports, and supports ongoing research examining the intersection between psychology and different professions.
Olivia’s research interests focus on behavioral patterns, resilience, and family dynamics within psychological contexts. She previously worked as a Research Assistant at Boston University’s Childhood and Technology Lab, where she investigated correlations between early environmental exposure and later internet addiction. Her academic and research experience culminated in a forthcoming poster presentation at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the New England Psychological Association, titled “The Relationship between Family Connectedness and Risk-Taking Behaviors in Young Adults.”
Looking ahead, Olivia plans to continue her education beginning in the fall of 2026, as she is currently applying to graduate programs. She aspires to obtain both her master’s degree and Psy.D. in psychology. Deeply passionate about helping others, Olivia is dedicated to making a meaningful and positive impact in people’s lives through her future clinical and forensic work.
